Terms of Service

1. Subscription

Sovren is sold as a monthly subscription at $59.99 per month, billed automatically on the same date each month until you cancel. Prices may change with 30 days' notice by email.

2. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing support. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Because the software is delivered digitally and immediately, payments are non-refundable, including for partial months.

3. License

Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable license to run Sovren on your own NinjaTrader 8 installation for as long as your subscription is active. You may not resell, share, decompile or redistribute the software.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your broker or prop firm account, your platform setup, your internet connection and computer or VPS, the number of contracts you trade, and following your prop firm's rules. Monitor your account while the strategy is running.

5. No advice, no guarantee

Sovren is software, not investment advice. No result is guaranteed. Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss. See the Disclosures.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sovren and its owners are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, failed evaluations, or indirect damages arising from use of the software. Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the last month.
