Terms of Service

1. Subscription

Sovren is sold as a monthly subscription at $79.99 per month, billed automatically on the same date each month until you cancel. Prices may change with 14 days' notice by email.

Promotional codes: when offered, code FIRST25 gives a new customer $20 off (25%) their first monthly payment only; every later payment is charged at the regular price. One code per subscription; promotional codes cannot be combined with a partner code. Sovren may end a promotion at any time without affecting subscriptions already started with it.

2. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing support. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. New subscribers can ask for a refund of their first payment within 14 days of it by emailing support. Each request is reviewed individually and approved at Sovren's discretion; if it is approved, the subscription is cancelled and the license stops working. Otherwise, because the software is delivered digitally and immediately, payments are non-refundable, including renewals and partial months.

3. License

Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable license to run Sovren on your own NinjaTrader 8 installation for as long as your subscription is active. You may not resell, share, decompile or redistribute the software.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your broker or prop firm account, your platform setup, your internet connection and computer or VPS, the number of contracts you trade, and following your prop firm's rules. Monitor your account while the strategy is running.

5. No advice, no guarantee

Sovren is software, not investment advice. No result is guaranteed. Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss. See the Disclosures.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sovren and its owners are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, failed evaluations, or indirect damages arising from use of the software. Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the last month.

7. Partner program

Approved partners receive a unique code. Applications are reviewed by Sovren — confirming your email is not approval. Customers who subscribe with an approved code pay $59.99 per month instead of $79.99. The partner earns 30% of the amount those customers actually pay, on each paid invoice, for as long as the subscription continues. Commission is tracked in the partner dashboard. Partners request payouts from that dashboard once their balance reaches $50.00; Sovren reviews and approves each request before sending it through Stripe Connect or Wise. Codes work with both card (Stripe) and Whop checkout; payments made through Whop earn the same commission and appear in the same dashboard. Partners may not apply their own code to their own purchase. Sovren may change or end the program with notice.

Eval bonus. When 7 customers who subscribed with a partner’s code qualify, Sovren buys the partner three 50K evaluation accounts from a prop firm the partner chooses. A customer qualifies once their first payment is at least 30 days old and their subscription is still active. The partner’s own accounts, and customers whose payments are refunded, disputed or cancelled, do not count. The bonus is paid once per partner, is claimed by emailing support, and is purchased by Sovren directly with the firm; it is not paid in cash. Evaluations are subject to the chosen firm’s own rules, and passing them is not guaranteed. Sovren may refuse or reverse the bonus where it finds self-referral, duplicate or fake accounts, or other abuse.
